About Heidi
With more than 25 years of fundraising and promotional experience, Heidi-O's selling and marketing career started while in college organizing charity events for World Hunger and United Way, as well as other college and student-related events.
Later in life, while married and raising two children, Heidi logged over eighteen years of PTO work as a program organizer and fundraiser while holding leadership roles for local Dartmouth, MA Schools. Having worked for years with a variety of organizations' budgets, she organized, marketed and managed many successful projects. This included selling ideas and products to diverse age groups and income demographics. These experiences have served as valuable tools and building blocks to a successful career in ad specialties. These earlier years of marketing along with her common sense approach to sales have contributed to her successes by naturally connecting with each individual client's needs, knowing, understanding, and addressing those needs with appropriate choices for each client's goals and budget.

After 12 years of working with other advertising entities, Heidi-O Promo LLC was established in September 2009. It was a very smooth and natural transition to working for herself. Heidi's a country girl, born in Maine and grew up on a chicken farm. She attended and graduated University of Maine at Orono with a BA in English.
Heidi prides herself on her work ethic and honesty, and because of the trust and confidence her clients have in her suggestions and advice, her business continually grows by way of their referrals.

I have known Heidi Gotlib for about ten or twelve years. My first association with Heidi was when she was the fund raising chairperson of the parent group at the Dartmouth Middle School. She did this job extremely well much to the benefit of the school. She later became the president of the parent group and, during my tenure as the principal of the Dartmouth Middle School, coordinated the sales and distribution of all logo clothing and other promotional items for the school.
I had the pleasure of briefly working alongside of Heidi in the promotional products industry and found her to be among the most efficient and honest sales people that I have ever encountered. Her benchmark has always been total customer satisfaction. Now as I begin a new chapter in my professional life as the headmaster of the Nativity Preparatory School, I look forward to renewing the business relationship with Heidi and having her tend to our logo clothing needs at the school.
It s all about customer service, and that's what I am!
My sales philosophy is, if you sell a client the best quality product at the best possible price, return phone calls and emails in a prompt manner, treat clients with respect and show appreciation for their business, then you can't go wrong. I'm very attentive to client's needs and budgets, and work tirelessly always trying to find the best deals for them, so that my client can continue buying product during good and bad times. It's definitely a challenge working against the tide of this current economy but what's life without challenges!
When introducing new ideas to a client, there's a certain amount of instructing about how a product can work for that client's project. I'll always offer alternative product ideas and perhaps share different marketing strategies that might be more economical or work more beneficially for him, by taking advantage of current specials.
